Merapi makes a lot of economic loss for society in Yogya. This disaster also makes people got shock. But, i think, actually Merapi gives us benefit. Merapi gives us sand to develop our building, infrastructure, and etc.
The scenery looks so bad... Merapi erupts periodically. I think people should not be there. Government should forbid people to live there forever. If a disaster comes periodically, it will be useless to evacuate people when the disaster comes and let them go back when the disaster leaves.
Although Meraapi seems so Cruel, deep down, Merapi is really nice and beneficial for us. Like its sands mining etc. Just like beast on "beauty and the beast" outside looks like a beast/mean but he really calm and nice. Just let Merapi shows his power to us and everything will be better soon.
